Enroll Early to Ensure a Spot
Our enrollment is on a first-come first-served basis. You are welcome to enroll for any session at any time. By registering early you will secure a spot as classes fill a long time before our starting dates.

voice mail, please leave your name, the class you would prefer, and
your phone number, and we will call you back as soon as we can to let
you know
what space and time is available.
We will do our best to accommodate everyone.
Makeup Classes
We allow one makeup class per session.
This class can be taken any time after the first week of classes. Due
to the fact that most of our classes run at capacity, the first week of
a session is an exceptionally busy time to accommodate additional
participants, so we ask that you please wait until after the first
week. Once we have established where you may do your makeup class, you
can go at any time during the session that you are enrolled. When you
arrive at your makeup class, please let the instructor know.
It is necessary that you either email or phone us at 907-980-1309 to book your makeup class. We will let you know where and when it will be possible to do your class.
Missed classes from past sessions cannot be applied to current sessions.
Once you have registered, you will need to send in your payment to
reserve your spot. Payments can be postdated to the first day of class
and should be made payable to:

If we do not receive your payment before the first class, your spot may be given to someone on the waiting list.
Cost
The cost for Song Takes Flight
term classes is $190 when enrolling in an entire session. You may join
a class after its start date and pay a prorated cost of
$20.00 per class for the remaining classes in a session. To come to one
class as a drop-in (space permitting), the cost is $20.00. Please call
beforehand to make sure there is room in the class in which you wish to
participate.
There is an annual registration fee of $25 per family.
Siblings attending the same class receive a 30% discount on the second registration.
Very young babies sleeping in car seats or strollers can come to
older siblings' classes for free. By the time they reach 6 months they
must be registered in their siblings' class, but will receive a 25%
discount.
Refunds
Each session has a withdrawal deadline before the session begins. If
you withdraw before the deadline, you will receive a full refund. If
you withdraw after the deadline, your refund will total the cost of the
remaining classes minus a $25.00 administration fee. For each session's

NSF Checks
Song Takes Flight will charge a $20.00 administration fee for any NSF
checks.
Sick Policy
Our sickness policy: If your child has a fever, a rash, is vomiting or
has pink eye, please do not bring them to class. These are the signs
that your child is probably contagious and could infect other people in
the class. If your child does have any of the aforementioned symptoms
you should visit your doctor and they will tell you when it would be
safe to be around other kids. People should also follow good hand
washing protocols and wash their hands after contact with other people.
If these simple protocols are followed there is little risk of
infections spreading.
